"With more than a dozen guests for the weekend, we stared in horror as the toilet gurgled, water rose in the bowl, and...it was horrible. We called Saturday morning and had a tech on site in hours. A huge amount of grease had clogged the outflow and the tank was filled to the brim requiring an immediate pump out. In the process, a baffle was found to have been crushed by a previous unnamed pumpout business. Our tech gave a clear and concise quote on what needed to be done and what could be delayed until after our guests were gone. Within hours we were happily flushing! It could not have been easier or less hassle. Highly recommend this company."

"On time, courteous, efficient, cleaned up, answered questions. The quality of the work was excellent and the cost was reasonable. I now have a trusted plumbing service."

"I couldn’t be more impressed with the service from Mr. Rooter. What started as a repair-and-replacement job turned into an experience that truly exceeded all expectations. The technicians, Jihad and Shawn, were professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly. They were extremely respectful of my home—everything was kept clean and tidy throughout the entire process, which I really appreciated. The work was done efficiently with great attention to detail, and the results were flawless. What stood out even more was the follow-up to ensure everything was working perfectly and that I was completely satisfied. That level of care and customer service is rare these days. Highly recommend!"

"8/6/26 review update Resolved my problem. Made up for previous miscommunication. My previous negative review was premature. Will hire in the future. _______________ I scheduled an appointment and the tech was a no show. I rescheduled and again the time shifted and finally a different plumber contacted me to say that he could be there by 5:30 pm. I declined. Reliable plumbing was not very reliable."
